Certification

To achieve certification, the following checklist needs to be completed:

  • You need to run through the set of certification tests and ensure that your system is capable of passing certification.
  • Certification testing by Tyro of the integrated solution needs to be completed. For this to occur, a copy of the POS system needs to be installed on Tyro's systems. This fully working, non time-locked copy will need to be left on Tyro's system so that our customer service team can familiarise themselves with the integrated solution and refer to it as necessary. This system will need to be updated as new versions of the POS software are released.
  • A set of instructions need to be given, that the Tyro customer service team may be able to refer to when they are troubleshooting a customers' installation and would like to check that the POS is configured correctly.
  • Your support phone number must be provided to Tyro for the event that a customer needs to be referred by our customer service team to your customer service line.
